Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to L2CT Journal (Language, Literature, Culture, and Technology) must comply with the journal’s focus, scope, and author guidelines. Submitted manuscripts are required to demonstrate scientific merit, novelty, or a new contribution to knowledge that aligns with the aims of the journal.
Manuscripts must be written in English. Authors are encouraged to have their manuscripts checked for grammar and clarity before submission, preferably using a reputable English editing service. Submitted works must not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All submissions must be free from plagiarism. Authors are strongly recommended to check similarity using plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin). In addition, the editorial team will screen manuscripts using iThenticate provided by Crossref.
The submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers from the journal’s Peer-Reviewer Team. Reviewers will provide constructive feedback to improve the manuscript. If necessary, a third reviewer may be assigned to provide additional evaluation.
Based on reviewers’ comments, the Editor-in-Chief and/or assigned Editor, in consultation with the Editorial Board when necessary, will make the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript. The final decision is based on the Editor’s assessment, taking into account but not limited to the reviewers’ recommendations.
In assigning accepted manuscripts to specific issues, the Editor-in-Chief may consider the date of acceptance, the geographical diversity of authors, and thematic relevance to special issues.
